We want you to love your Maslo Jewelry pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
